It’s easy – just click the ‘join’ button in the menu and you’ll be taken to our online store to sign up. Payments are taken monthly; your first payment will be taken straight away and applied to the next box, each following payment will be taken on the 3rd of the month. You are free to cancel at any time.
We now ship internationally! Whether you’re a beadaholic near us in Canada or on the other side of the world in Australia, we can ship to you
Memberships are $22 per month, plus $3.50 shipping to Canada, $5 shipping to the USA or $8.50 shipping internationally (currency is US dollars).
Monthly payments are automatically processed on the 3rd of each month.
We try to ship out boxes on the 8th of the month. Occasionally this date may change if it is on a weekend or holiday. We send out email notifications and post on Facebook to let members know boxes have been mailed.
Currently we ship with CanadaPost; for customers outside Canada when they cross the border they are transferred to your local postal system (ie. USPS, Royal Mail etc.)
Unfortunately we are not able to offer tracking at this time due to the prohibitive costs. We are always looking for a solution to this problem however, and we’ll let you know if anything changes as we would love to be able to offer this.
Each month we will send out the same package to all our members. Occasionally there may intentionally be differences in colours, but every member will receive the same beads.
Oh no! Firstly, sorry about that! We try very hard to make sure everything goes into every box, but there’s always the small chance something will be missed. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form on the website and we’ll get the missing item posted off to you as soon as we can.
We ship all our packages out on the same day, but given the geographical area we ship to some people will receive their boxes quite a bit faster than others. Deliveries can also be affected by customs delays at the border, weather, and local holidays. If you have not received your delivery within 2 weeks, drop us an email to let us know and we’ll do our best to sort something out.
We do occasionally have beads left over and we deal with these in a few different ways: if we have enough to make up more boxes we will do that, and the boxes go on sale about 3 weeks after they have been mailed out to customers. If we don’t have enough to make up extra boxes we will sell packs of individual beads and also small bead sets in our online shop, and occasionally we will also have destash events on Facebook when we need to clear some space! If there is something you are really keen to have, drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
Once our stock is sold out we do not order any more, so once they’re gone they’re gone…
Certainly! There are two options; you can sign up for a membership and put in your friend’s address for shipping, or you can purchase a gift subscription in our shop. Gift subscriptions are available for 3 month, 6 month and 12 month memberships.
We’re really sorry to hear that, we take care when packaging our beads but unfortunately despite our best efforts this can happen. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to get a replacement in the mail to you.
If you need to make changes to your subscription you can do this by logging in to your account. Simply click the ‘my account’ tab on the site menu bar and sign in. If you did not create an account when you joined, or if you joined on our old website and have never logged in to our new system, just create an account using the same email address that you used to purchase your subscription. Our system will connect you with your membership.
When logged in you can view and edit all your membership details.

We love working with suppliers as it can open up new sources for beads for our members. If you are interested in putting beads into our packages, or discount vouchers, please drop us an email. Please bear in mind that it can be difficult for us to afford to pay for handmade artisan beads from craftspeople; we know the effort involved in making individual beads!
